New Product Development Manaer

Job Description : NPD/ R& D MANAGER DRC FOR BISCUITS · To develop new products, and redesign existing products according to industry standards and business needs. · To establish technical specifications for designing or modifying products, processes, and materials by analyzing operational test and research. · To manage the project on the product development side to deliver innovative and competitive products in response to business needs · To identify the new methods and technology to increase the products' competitive advantage · To interact proactively with the other functions, with marketing and operations to ensure the overall project objectives. · To oversee the entire development process of new products and programs within an organization, from the initial planning phase to implementation or production. · To estimate and provide necessary resources and equipments for the R&D projects Experience: more than 15 years of experience in R&D- product Development section and 5 years experience in biscuit industry in leading biscuit companies Qualification: Master in Food Science Key Skills: · Local & International Lab · Relevant Suppliers like Flavor manufacturers. · Marketing, Production, Supply Chain
