Job Description : ACCOUNTING DIRECTOR FRANCE Open to overseas candidates provided they speak French and are eligible for EU work permit As part of a replacement, the group is recruiting an accounting and CSP finance director M/F. He will report to the France and Africa financial director and based at the group's headquarters in Levallois-Perret. The missions of the accounting and CSP finance director M/F will be centered around 3 main principles: management and development of teams, sovereign missions of the accounting department and transformation of the function. It generates almost 50% of its turnover in France. The Finance France function is being transformed to support operational teams in implementing an “Infinite” strategic plan. The missions of the accounting and CSP finance director M/F will be centered around 3 main principles: leadership, run and transformation of the function. LEADERSHIP The Accounting and CSP Finance Director M/F will lead and develop an accounting team of 14 people operating in more than 7 different companies based in Paris and Lyon. The accounting and finance CSP director M/F will also manage the finance CSPs with the help of department managers: an ADV department of 50 people, a payroll department of around ten people and a credit management department of around ten people. based in France and Morocco. RUN The accounting and CSP finance director M/F will be responsible for the management of accounting, social and tax accounts in France. He will supervise all accounting: general ledgers and their compliance with accounting standards, French GAAP & IFRS reporting, tax compliance and tax returns, monitoring of assets, credit, collections, accounts, and invoicing processes. He is the direct contact of the group on all accounting and tax issues, but also the direct contact of the tax authorities and external auditors. TRANSFORMATION As part of the transformation project it will bring the following changes: • The accounting and finance CSP director M/F will use industry best practices to structure accounting, asset management, credit, collections, or invoicing processes • he will lead the accounting team in a business partnership approach with operational staff and other support teams (for example by developing a review of the balance sheets of Devoteam's business units with the controlling team) • he will manage several cross-functional projects: the upgrade or implementation of new accounting management tools, but also local change processes, ERP integration, legal mergers, and the creation of entities. The accounting and finance CSP director M/F will ideally have: At least 15 years of varied and progressive experience in the audit & accounting function Solid experience in managing transformation projects Technical expertise in accounting (DSCG, DEC is a plus) and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and French GAAP tax rules & IFRS standards Fluent English to interact with the whole group
