Commercial Head

Job Description : COMMERCIAL HEAD VIETNAM An international start-up company is looking for Head of Commercial to join their team. This company is focusing on industrial and logistic infrastructure business. In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development, delivering the highest quality service alongside. • Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business and identify / explore commercial opportunities in the region • Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts managed, including developing business development targets, objectives, and key results, budgeting and KPIs • Build, manage and extend relationships with key customers in the region • Monitor performance of strategic plans and evaluate successes, risks and opportunities and formulate plans to address these • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the company’s overall sales strategy for the region to enhance P&L • Manage relationship across the logistics value chain within the countries to guarantee a seamless customer experience To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior manager, across borders and internal matrix. • qualifications preferably in Business Administration, Logistics Management, or equivalent disciplines • Appropriate qualifications preferably in Business and Commerce or related field • Extensive experience and knowledge in traditional end to end supply chain • Minimum 10 years’ experience in leadership roles • Strong commercial, key account management and sales in global company and extensive network in the industry • Significant experience in strategic business planning and project management of complex supply chain operations required
