As the Head of Sales (x1 Vacancy) in brand new company, you will assume a critical leadership position within our client's organisation, responsible for driving our success in the automotive industry. This role demands a deep understanding of the automotive sector, exceptional product management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding vehicle offerings. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits. • Develop and manage annual business plans, including sales targets and pricing strategies • Lead sales planning and forecasting for monthly vehicle production orders • Collaborate with government bodies and stakeholders to mitigate legal risks • Create effective sales implementation plans, focusing on market share and dealer targets • Establish and monitor sales KPIs • Implement incentive programs and document sales initiatives • Coordinate stock management, ensuring a smooth transition from old to new models • Optimise stock availability for national sales plan targets • Monitor budget performance and recommend fund reallocations • Report sales results and evaluate sales programs • Analyse sales data requirements and implement standardised reports • Identify learning needs for enhanced knowledge and sales capabilities • Oversee company fleet operations and analyse vehicle disposal methods • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (master’s preferred) • 10+ years of sales/dealer management experience in the automotive industry • Proven leadership skills in cross-functional team management • Strong strategic thinking based on market data and customer insights • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to innovation • Proficiency in product management tools and software • Understanding of automotive regulatory requirements and safety standards • Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to product excellence
