Job Description : CFO SPAIN Must be eligible for EU visa A company in the retail sector is looking for a CFO for its headquarters in Alicante. Reporting to the General Management, your main responsibilities will be: Manage and supervise all aspects of the company's financial and accounting function. Responsible for establishing a structured reporting system that accurately reflects financial and economic information Responsible for all department activity, ensuring proper and timely recording of all financial transactions. Lead the month-end closing process while respecting deadlines to complete all journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Manage multiple financial operations functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, and cash management. Support management in the preparation of budgets and the company's strategic plan Ensure compliance with appropriate accounting standards and regulatory requirements Team management What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar 15 years of minimum prior audit experience (Big4) and 3 years of experience in management controlling positions
