Chief Financial Officer

Job Description : CFO MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA The Chief Financial Officer leads the Finance and Corporate Services team of approximately 12 employees responsible for accounting, finance operations, payroll and facilities management. Key Accountabilities include: Relationship building and partnering with the Executive team to understand, advise and support with critical decision making Leadership and Empowerment of functional teams to ensure strong financial performance as well as long term sustainability and innovation of product and service lines Budget development and design for new financial year to ensure ongoing financial performance Steering committee member across risk and governance, product and innovation and data and analytics About you: A finance leader with demonstrated experience in developing capability and establishing exceptional performance outcomes Excellent communicator and collaborator, to build trusting relationships with the executive leaders and key stakeholders (Board members and broader business) Experienced inpolicy and reporting process implementation in response to regulatory and legislative changes Familiarity with financial services, or an APRA regulated entity is advantageous Finance or Business degree required, CPA desirable
