Job Description : SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER ETHIOPIA A world-renowned Food and Beverage company that is famous for its snacks is in need of a talented Senior Marketing Manager to join its team. The role is remote and doesn't require relocating. Senior Marketing Manager Requirements: Minimum 12 years of experience in Marketing Strategy development/ Market Research / Innovation roles Experience in developing Growth Plans, for Categories and Brands Multi-markets, multi-channel experience Knowledge in Beverages and Foods Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities: Strategically devises and optimises brand support mechanisms, aligning brand allocations with enduring strategies and growth targets across bottling entities Forges a close collaborative nexus with the AMESA Sector and International Beverages (IB), ensuring the regional resonance of global brand strategies and activation paradigms Orchestrates investment optimisation throughout WECA, leveraging astute partnerships, contextually pertinent cross-regional platform activation's, and assimilating successful paradigms Provides visionary leadership, mentoring, and nurturing to three direct subordinates, along with overseeing bottler marketing functions across the region, assuring the sustainable realisation of overarching strategic objectives
