OMC Manager

Job Description : OMC Manager Indonesia Project Location: Floating Solar PV Project of more than 100 MW in West Java BE/BTech/MTech, bachelors or masters degree in technical or management or both from accredited university · 10 years of experience directly managing power plant O&M, preferably on utility scale Floating Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant – ground mounted experience will also work or · 20 years of experience working on general Power Plant O&M Industries, preferably on utility scale Floating Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant · Have extensive knowledge about Power Plant Asset Management Standard (ISO 55001) and safety operations of the Power Plant. · Excellent in Communication skill and Leadership drive to manage, direct and guide the team to achieve the facility objectives. · In addition, he/she must be assertive and firm in dealing with O&M Contractor and other contractors. · High professional competence and management skills are the prime requisites to motivate his team to achieve high quality performance during the operation of the Facility.
