Sales Director

Job Description : SALES DIRECTOR VIETNAM FOR BUILDING MATERIALS ( OPEN TO EXPATS) In this role, you will be analysing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth. You will also develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Motivate and energize the staff to make proactive decisions in all their communications with customers Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and account retention Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to maximize sales opportunities Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders Promote positive relationships with major customers to understand their needs Provide advice when preparing bid documents and integrated proposals for key accounts Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets Review sales performance by analysing performance reports Measure the sales efficiency & effectiveness Market competitiveness Product technical knowledge Business forecast and analysis Strong leadership skills to motivate and drive the team to achieve company objectives Strong sales & marketing acumen Customer-centric approach to meet, understand, and build relationships with customers Key account management capability Strong team management skills with structured planning and review cadence to monitor progress and provide guidance Ability to delegate to enhance efficiency and develop personal skills of all members of the team Autonomy and creativity in a highly reactive and competitive market environment driven by innovation and anticipation of clients' requirements Excellent communication abilities Ethics and honesty Experience in the construction/ building material market environment
