Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD PNG ( ASIA) An exciting Country Head, Lubricant (Papua New Guinea) job has become available at a local lubricant conglomerate firm. The organisation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Head to lead their lubricant division and drive sales growth across the South Pacific region About the Country Head, Lubricant (Papua New Guinea) Role: In this business critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the lubricant sales team to ensure that all activities and plans are executed and implemented. You will also ensure that all sales targets are being achieved in the assigned sales territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the lubricant division, aligning with company goals and objectives Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive threats, providing insights for decision-making Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the sales department Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the lubricant industry Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly Identify and evaluate opportunities for geographical and product line expansion, including entering new regions or market segments Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and offerings Establish and maintain efficient sales processes, including sales forecasting, order management, and reporting Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives The successful Country Head, Lubricant (Papua New Guinea) must have key experience within the lubricant industry as well as the connection with the relevant segments. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s or professional degree in a related discipline or equivalent with a minimum of 12 years' experience in related fields Highly-motivated, autonomous, excellent team player and innovative Hands-on, detail/results-oriented, excellent problem solving and good organisational/planning skills having experience in handling industrial business Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of the lubricant industry, market dynamics, and customer preferences in Papua New Guinea
