Job Description : GLOBAL BRAND MARKETING MANAGER OUT OF GURGAON As a GBMM, you will contribute to the growth platform, strategy & earnings model for our key brands. You’ll be accountable for the development and execution of strategies for a focus Brand within market, working with IMEx Marketing to further the innovation and execute Best-In-Class launches. Marketing at RB is challenging and rewarding, based on consumer insights and strong innovations. It is also a proven discipline and has developed General Managers and SVP Regional Directors across the business. Professional Qualifications :- • Experience with a blue chip, fast moving, household, healthcare or personal care company of at least 8-10 years with a proven track record. • Mandatory Experience of marketing leadership at Category or Marketing Manager level • Preferred additional strategic experience in equity, innovation or digital marketing area • Proven experience of influencing managers at senior management level • Results-oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating. • Leadership and interpersonal skills capable of building strong working relationships and motivating people and teams that are cross-functional and multi-level. • Excellent commercial understanding of business issues. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral (in English). • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues. Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation plans • Develops brand ideas based on consumer relevant data in order to develop marketing programs and new product development plans • Develop and implement cost savings ideas in collaboration with supply chain and local/regional management • Leads the deployment of portfolio strategy in line with area and regional strategic direction aligning brand priorities with other functional units • Implement positioning (footprint) for the nominated brand (ensure brand equity); Identify principles for success & entry models for each brand and identify best practice for future success • Create product packs for launches, e-launches, including substantial claims, product packaging changes for all brands within category segment
