SCM Manufacturing Finance Head

Job Description : SCM Manufacturing Finance Head Location: Mumbai Offer CTC: 55 to 65 LPA The person will be responsible for finance operations of all the 10 factories across pan India and also manage a team of around 10 people at these locations plus 1 support at HO Mumbai where he/she will be located. Candidate should come with 10 to 12 years of experience which 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in SCM Finance is a must. • Defining & driving Optimum cost of Production & Procurement- Overall factory costs, Value addition & Output targets • Detailed cost sheets for key products. • Consistent Overhead allocation logic across Units • Business / Process Digitalisation & Simplification- BOM, MRP • Deliver Unnati savings- Achieve Targeted Savings • Working Capital Optimisation- Inventory turns ,ageing & controls, Payable cycle & recoveries. • People Development – Landing SCM organization, Set expectation(KPIs) & enable execution (Performance Evaluation) • Statutory compliances & Governance- Dashboard for factory compliances & proactive approach to adherance
