Job Description : PROJECT MANAGER INDONESIA Project Manager to oversee a couple of newbuild projects happening in Indonesia. Based in Batam, you will be responsible for the day-to-day construction management activities, driven to achieve safe, timely and cost-efficient delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage and oversee the day-today construction management fo the project • Report to the Yard Director on project progress versus baseline, including issues and risks in timely manner • Conduct safety meetings and take charge of ship work safety and cleanliness • Liaise with trades on the activities and construction effort in order to achieve project progress within schedule and budget • Review man-hours and duration forecasts • Conduct progress meeting to manage and address project issues • Fully responsible for project planning, scheduling and costing • Provide support in project tender • Handle project warranty issues REQUIREMENTS • Diploma/Degree in Marine/Mechanical/Naval Architecture • At least 12 years in Project Management capacity with similar sized projects • At least 15 years in the Marine & Offshore industry • Project Management skills mandatory in the context of small to medium sized vessels • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
