Manage a team of HR Managers across the estate Lead HR operations across the group companies Empower and inspire a talented HR team to excel in their roles. Optimise organisational structures and processes for increased efficiency and scalability. Utilise data-driven insights to fuel innovation, enhance performance, and elevate the employee experience. Collaborate with visionary leaders to develop strategies that ignite passion, foster engagement, and maximise productivity. Extensive senior HR experience within hospitality Proven strategic leadership skills to attract, engage, and retain top talent. Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, employment law. Expertise in complex employee relations and ability to drive transformative change.
