Finance Director

Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR UK Candidate must have the right to work or be eligible to qualify for UK work permit a fast-growing FMCG group are seeking a Finance Director to work closely with the Managing Director to set the Finance Strategy, The individual will lead the Finance team across the group. Location: Worcestershire Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum • Ensure effective delivery of Finance plans with the support of Management accountants and Transactional Finance teams across the group • Scope and oversee the roll out of new systems including an integrated CRM and ERP system • Lead, engage and develop the Finance teams, ensuring all team members receive a Quarterly Review to review value fit • Ensure compliance with all government, regulatory and legal requirements • Manage all finance controls and keep up to date with changing risk environment • Perform special projects evaluating growth opportunities across the Group Key essentials of the Finance Director • Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) • Demonstrate track record in Finance at Senior level • Ability to negotiate, influence and manage key relationships with internal & external stakeholders • Growth mindset, enjoying change and thriving on variety
