Job Description : FMCG PLANT HEAD MEXICO This role is open to overseas candidates who are Spanish speakers Effectively supervise and manage all plant operations, ensuring high quality production, compliance with deadlines and cost efficiency for the plant in Mexico. Lead and motivate a production team, setting goals, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment. Collaborate closely with other departments, such as logistics, maintenance and quality, to ensure coordination and compliance with production objectives. Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies to increase operational efficiency, reduce waste and optimize resource utilization for the FMCG industry. Maintain and comply with safety standards and regulations applicable at the plant in Mexico. Manage the plant budget and work on cost optimization without compromising quality. Requirements: Previous experience in plant management roles in Mexico for FMCG Solid knowledge in production operations and quality management systems. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams. Experience in budget management and cost optimization. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments. Focus on continuous improvement and implementation of best practices. Experience at some point in your professional career with raw milk production/processing is essential.
