System Head

Job Description : Application Systems Head QATAR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electronics Engineering, or any other appropriately relevant field Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in a directly related field At least 10 years of professional experience in application automation and development services in an enterprise level environment Minimum 3 or more years in similarly relevant mid-level management role with around the same team capacity and complexity of assigned tasks Provide tactical and strategic vendor and service assessments; assess external service providers by developing options and recommendations for application platform technology consolidation and selection, contract evaluation and service level management Integrate Retail, ERP, portals, mobility, web, APIs, Cloud SAS, in house developed apps and closed loop business systems to optimize the company’s performance, resources, costs, TCO, ROI, communications and time Manage timely multi-level support of application problems, issues and incidents adopting industry service management practices and using automation tools for optimal resolution of employees and customers complaints
