R & D Head

Job Description : R & D HEAD OLEOCHEMICALS CO INDIA is amongst the largest exporter of oleo-chemicals in the world and also the number one contract manufacturer of soaps. They cater to a diverse set of customers in personal care, pharma, lubricants, automotive etc and have a presence in major continents across the globe. Reporting to the business head you will be responsible for · Identifying new business opportunities /products through market, customer and competitor data · Designing and developing new products from lab to pilot to production scale. · Contributing to the Annual Business Planning process through accurate forecasting for the availability of new Oleo chemicals/ process modifications. · Product identification (business plan, market mapping & viability) /product creation R&D and sampling / Marketing Strategy and path to market plan / Plant production / Sales strategy and eventual scale up plan · Support existing manufacturing process as and when required. Improve on existing processes. · Facing customers and resolving their technical queries about the products · Liaising with toll manufacturers and ensuring the quality of the product remains consistent You have a M.Tech/PHD in oils and Fats or Doctorate in oils and Fats or organic chemistry. And experience in synthesis of oleochemicals into various products.
