Financial Controller

Job Description : FC BEACH RESORT MOMBASSA KENYA As the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in our organization, overseeing all financial activities and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. You will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as managing a team of finance professionals. Key responsibilities: 1. Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company. 2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports. 3. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to senior management. 4. Develop and monitor the annual budget and financial forecasting. 5. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 6. Collaborate with external auditors and oversee the annual audit process. 7. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support. 1. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.& MBA-finance, CA, ICWA Qualified 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance or accounting roles. 3. Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards. 4. Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. 5. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 7. Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
