Job Description : Project Director with 20 years experience (this is essential) with a contractor. The role is based in Muscat, Oman. - Bachelors Degree (mandatory for visa) - Hospital, hotel, mixed use project experience - High value portfolio management ($1.2bill) - Gulf experience (essential) - Proven track record of delivery - MUST have delivered several projects as Projects Director - Experience working in Oman would be beneficial – Candidates who have worked with Tier 1 contractors will only be considered Only experienced proven Project Leaders will be considered, no construction or project managers looking to progress to PD.
