Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER UAE Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making. Coordinate and facilitate annual financial audits, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and collaborate with external auditors, provide necessary documentation, and address audit findings Supervise and mentor finance team members and make sure there is a high performing environment. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies and help identify and mitigate financial risks Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting. ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CMA and CPA qualified. Experience working within a similar role in a multinational. Looking for regional experience and must be based in the UAE. Strong ERP skills with SAP or Oracle ERP. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
