Job Description : CFO GHANA a leading financial institution in Accra, Ghana, is actively looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. As the CFO, you will occupy a pivotal position within the organization, instrumental in shaping their financial strategy and making significant contributions to their continued growth and success. Responsibilities: · Strategic Financial Leadership: As the CFO, you will lead the charge in crafting and executing their financial strategy. Your guidance will be vital as they work towards their mission of fostering economic participation and community development in Ghana. · Budgeting and Forecasting: You will be at the helm of preparing and executing their annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring they are fully aligned with their mission of empowering individuals and entrepreneurs to achieve financial growth. · Financial Analysis: Providing detailed monthly budget variance analysis will be a core responsibility, allowing them to monitor their progress in promoting economic participation and financial growth. · Asset Management: Safeguarding their company's assets is crucial, as these resources fuel the developmental aspirations of the communities they serve in Ghana. · Payments Oversight: Ensuring the timely and accurate management of payments is key to meeting their financial obligations and supporting real community and economic development. · Compliance: Your role will include ensuring strict adherence to tax and regulatory requirements, maintaining professionalism and accuracy at all times. · Financial Reporting: Presenting accurate and timely financial reports will showcase their commitment to transparency and accountability. · Leadership: As the Chairperson of the Ghana Finance Committee, you will provide financial guidance that aligns with their mission of improving lives and delivering social upliftment.
