Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD UAE A large organization in the FMCG industry is looking for a Head of Finance Your role: The Head of Finance would play a pivotal role in creating profitable growth and impacting revenue. Working in close connection with the CEO, you need to be able to operate at two levels…high strategic levels and a business partner to the board. Ability to roll up your sleeves, fix operational issues and optimize the current system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. Collaborate with the management to make decisions regarding the company’s financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management. Strengthen internal controls and monitor government compliances. Must-have: Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience of which at least 5 years as Head of Finance in a medium or large format FMCG company. MBA with specialization in Finance; Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA/ICWA or equivalent. Expert knowledge and relevant experience of financial accounting, business analysis, business planning, forecasting, costing, treasury and taxation. Exposure to business partnering and strategic decision making plus ability to add value to cross functional business units. Skilled knowledge in Oracle, SAP or other major ERP. Highly analytical and commercially oriented. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
