Warehouse Manager

Job Description : WAREHOUSE MANAGER GABON a multinational leader in the Agriculture commodity business with multiple operations in Africa. Currently holds the biggest portfolio of Palm oil & rubber plantations across Africa. Reporting to the Country Manager in Gabon, you will be responsible for the below duties: · You are required to keep track of materials used in the production and maintenance of a Palm oil & rubber plantations in Gabon. · Effectively managing all the inventory activity for 13 stores regarding storage, inventory cost and MRP using SAP software · Responsible for implementing automation within the company to ensure stock accuracy per store · You are able to effectively manage a group of store managers, lead material & store projects · Working closely with the procurement & finance team to ensure all material costs & prices are within the budget of the company · Ability to implement best practices to ensure each store has clear guidelines to maintain a range of plantation materials SKU's between 20,000 - 50,000 You bring 15 years of working experience as a Warehouse manager within the Agribusiness (Palm oil & rubber plantation) industry You are self-motivated and have a great leadership Previous experience with managing the inventory of agriculture materials for multiple stores in Gabon Excellent fluency in English & French is mandatory Degree or Certification in Supply chain is a bonus You must be willing to relocate to Mouila, Gabon
