Job Description : INDUSTRIAL DIRECTOR MADAGASCAR Cover maintenance on the Cold and industrial process part, Hydraulic pumping, LV electrical production and distribution, Production and supply of drinking water, maintenance of construction machinery, VL, Marine, New works (earthworks, constructions, etc.) · Manage, organize and advance a human organization of more than 100 employees, by implementing a very high level of technical performance 365 days a day, based on modern maintenance methods favoring prevention and operational efficiency. · Organize efficient budget monitoring, by managing operating expenditure items and directing investment budgets in order to maximize operating income. · Develop, train and attract the best talents in order to provide the group with human capital in line with its ambitions for growth and operational excellence in industrial management. Coming from higher education such as an engineering school, you have professional experience of at least 10 years, half of which in similar functions. During your career, you have worked on a variety of subjects: electricity, cold, pumping, new works. Ideally you have supervised multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
