Job Description : RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER DUBAI Sadeen General Trading is looking for Retail’s Food Distribution Operations Manager to manage Retail’s Food Distribution in Supermarket Chains. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years experience in major distributor companies in UAE. Responsible for the development and performance of the sales activities in assigned market. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the sales area Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attaiment of company sales goals and profitability. Responsible for the performance and development of the Retail Department. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
