Job Description : Commercial Head ANGOLA Years of Experience: 20 Years Minimum Preferred Industry: Cosmetics - PERSON WITH EXPERIENCE IN SKIN & PERSONAL CARE ONLY APPLY - MUST HANDLE GLOBAL PROCUREMENT EXPERIENCE Major Handling Areas: Procurement, Pricing, ordering, Reordering, Supply Chain, Fleet Management Professional strengths: Manufacturing Operations / Supply Chain Scouting Evaluating and Appointing Third party manufactures and Controlling operations at these locations Production Planning/Material Procurement/Inventory Management/Warehouse management/ Managing Logistics /Transporters Roles & Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. - Identify new sales opportunities and market segments for expansion. - Set sales targets and closely monitor performance against those targets. - Lead the sales team to achieve or exceed sales goals. Distribution and Channel Management: - Develop and manage distribution channels to ensure optimal product availability and reach. - Implement effective channel strategies to maximize product penetration and market coverage. - Monitor channel performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency. Pricing and Revenue Management: - Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability. - Regularly analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to adjust pricing strategies as needed. - Monitor and optimize revenue streams to achieve desired margins. Market Intelligence and Analysis: - Stay updated on market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats. - Use data-driven insights to make informed business decisions. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment in business strategies. - Work closely with marketing teams to develop integrated sales and marketing campaigns. Budgeting and Financial Management: - Develop and manage budgets for sales and commercial operations. - Monitor expenses, revenue, and profitability, and take corrective actions when necessary. Negotiations and Partnerships: - Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships with clients, distributors, and suppliers. - Ensure favourable terms that support the company's growth objectives. Risk Management and Compliance: - Identify and mitigate potential risks related to sales, distribution, and commercial operations. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
