Job Description : "Deputy Manager — Supply Chain/ SCM" for a Reputed FMCG Company. Work location: Central Africa. Education: Bachelor of Commerce/MBA/Diploma Experience: 12 years Job Details: • To Prepare list of Materials required for the year during the financial year, lead time & Re-order level of each it to be calculated as a master file for SCM. • Ensure materials Planning & Availability as per Business Plan. • Collecting all clearing, Transportation, Air service Invoice on weekly basis and handover to Account for timely booking and payrnent. • Quotations from Supplier & Issue Purchase Order • Open Bivac License as per agreed terms with supplier and co-ordinate with finance to make advance payment as per agreed terms. • Offloading of Materials & GRN Submission to Accounts.
