General Manager Quality

Job Description : GM QUALITY VIETNAM FOR PHARMA ( EXPATS ONLY) An exciting opportunity of Quality General Manager has just come available in leading organisation within pharmaceutical & biotech industry in Vietnam. Leading entire quality organisation of the company, the Quality Leader shall responsible for driving excellence performance and working culture of the team. Reporting to the Head Quarter, the Quality General Manager shall takes charge of building up and developing the capacities and competencies of the division's staff and ensuring the excellent performance of the team in accordance to group's standard. Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality standards and regulations Lead and manage the quality control team Develop and maintain product specifications, testing procedures, and analytical methods Validate and maintain manufacturing processes in a state of control Investigate and resolve quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances Ensure products meet established quality standards before release Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement training programs to promote a culture of quality Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the quality department's budget, including allocating resources and controlling expenses At least Fifteen years out of which five years experience in similar leadership positions within pharmaceuticals or related industry with proven track record and excellent knowledge Bachelor degree on pharmaceutical or related science majors Good exposure and knowledge to quality standard and regulations of export market in US, EU Fluent communication, concise, strategic mindset with eyes on detail and process oriented Strong leadership and decision making, ability to win and lead people Long term commitment, Vietnam/ Asia working experience is a plus
