Job Description : VP THAILAND ( EXPATS ONLY) An excellent Head of FP&A and Financial Strategy (AVP/VP) job (x1 vacancy) in Thailand has just arisen at one of the growing leading retail companies. Your main responsibility is to to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the financial analysis to validate the business performance. As the Head of FP&A and Financial Strategy, you will be responsible for driving financial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring the financial health and sustainability of our organisation. Develop and execute the financial strategy for the retail business, aligning it with the company's overall objectives and growth plans Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability of financial projections Provide in-depth financial analysis, performance metrics, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop actionable recommendations based on analysis Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior leadership Build and maintain financial models to support various scenarios and strategic initiatives Assess and mitigate financial risks, including market, operational, and regulatory risks. Develop strategies to safeguard the company's financial stability Collaborate cross-functionally teams to ensure financial plans and strategies are integrated into all aspects of the business Present financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to executive leadership and the board of directors effectively To succeed in this Head of FP&A and Financial Strategy role, you must possess strong business acumen, good analytical skills and agile mindset. You must also be able to drive the business and lead the improvement inside organisation. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Proven track record in financial leadership roles Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and implement innovative solutions Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience from professional consulting field would added advantage Retail, real estate, property development industry experience is a plus
