Reporting directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors, his main responsibilities include: Manage and supervise all aspects of the company's financial and accounting function. Design and implementation of budget and budget control systems. Collaboration with the development of the company's strategic plan. Preparation of business indicators. Preparation of statistics and management information. Establishment of a structured reporting system that accurately reflects financial and economic information Responsible for all department activity, ensuring proper and timely recording of all financial transactions. Lead the month-end closing process while respecting deadlines to complete all journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Management of multiple financial operations functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, banking, and cash management. Ensure compliance with appropriate accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Guarantee compliance with tax obligations. Completion of the implementation of the company's computer system. System optimization. Financial analysis of competitors. Human resources management. Bachelor's/Degree in Business Administration or Economics. Valuable Master in Financial Management.
