Commercial Director

Job Description : COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR SPAIN Must be eligible to apply for working rights in the EU 20-25 years experience with experience in Fertilizers and an entrepreneurial character for an important client in the sector. As Commercial Director you will be part of the Board of Directors and will be responsible for the commercial strategy, communication and business development at European level, in order to achieve the company's objectives YOUR ROLE: - Business development, negotiation and strategic sales for long term (5-10 years) purchase contracts with large FMCG companies, Offtakers, etc., at European level. - Create and develop a commercial strategy that is aligned with the company's objectives. - Conduct market research and analysis, and intelligence reports relevant to low carbon footprint nitrogen fertilizers. - Define products, identify how they should be positioned in the market and establish pricing for them. - Establish strategic alliances with key market players to accelerate the growth of the company. - Lead the communication strategy for the company and all stakeholders. - Assist in finding and attracting potential investors for the company. - Developing the distribution and logistics strategy. THE PERSON: - MBA education, knowledge in marketing, economics or a related field. - Significant experience as an Export or Commercial Manager, Business Development Manager in the fertilizer and agriculture industry is a must. - Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and business expansion. - Ability to build and lead a rapidly developing business, driven by ambitious goals with a can-do mentality. - Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills. - Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven approach to decision-making. - Fluency in English. Other languages ??such as Spanish and French would be an asset.
