Job Description : FC DRC Finance Controller Experience: 15+ Years Location : Central Africa Education (Mandatory): CA, ICWAI, CMA, CPA, CFA Industry Background: Real Estate, Civil Contracting, Civil Project Management, Construction / EPC Functional Area: Accounts, Finance, Fund Raising, Taxation and Audit Requirements: • Expertise in Consolidation of Group Real Estate and project management companies. • Candidate must have experience in Fund raising from financial institution local as well as international • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles and ability to do budgeting, Cash Flows and financial planning, Preparing or guiding for drafting and finalizing BOQ project wise. • Expert in BOQ Management and Work Process Flow Chart in terms of Finance • High level of analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix - based multi -industry sales environment High level of analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic solutions for a growing matrix - based multi -industry sales environment (Product Design with Cost Effective) • Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and Management and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired action.
