Job Description : VP PROJECT EXECUTION-EPC-OIL & GAS Job Description – Head Project Execution ? Position Summary: Lead overall organizational efforts towards Project Management and Execution. This shall be achieved through developing and implementing effective processes. The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer. ? Key Responsibilities: · Evaluate and improvise Project Management Framework, Governance and Review Structure. · Ensure achievement of Budgeted Financial Parameters · Implement efficient work process for Procurement, Contracts and Execution of Projects, · Vendor, PMC and Contractor evaluation and empanelment · Monitor and Control Project Status with respect to Time, Cost, Quality and HSE · Ensure compliance of statutory regulations · People management, Training & Development and initiate New Projects · Manage Industrial and Public relations efficiently and resolve disputes. ? Qualification: A graduate engineer from reputed institute, with relevant experience of minimum 20 years. ? Experience: Experience required in implementing & execution of large project in leadership roles, with strong organization development & leadership skills. Must have managed proposals and bids. EPC Oil & Gas project based business experience. Excellent communication skills both written & oral, Assertive, alert, instinctive and with an innate ability to detect risks.
