Job Description : PLANT QUALITY DIRECTOR PORTUGAL 0pen to candidates who are eligible for working rights in the EU Multinational Pharmaceutical Company in expansion is searching for a Plant Quality Director for one of its manufacturing facilities based in Southern Europe. About the Plant Quality Director role The Plant Quality Director will be responsible for overseeing Quality Assurance activities, for managing Plant Quality Systems and insuring compliance above standards for all manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Global Technical Operations Director, the Plant Quality Director main functions will be to: Develop, manage and monitor Quality Systems implementation. Ensure compliance for EMA, FDA, cGMP and other relevant markets guidelines. Foster Quality Excellence culture by implementing and monitoring a strong quality data and a strategic KPIs monitoring. Lead Quality Continuous Improvement by promoting proactivity and effectiveness within stakeholders and teams. Implement Best Practices For this position, we require a senior profile with 15+years' experience in a managing position in Quality in a Sterile Pharmaceutical or Biotechnological Company with a strong knowledge in Major Pharma Guidelines (EMA, AEMPS, FDA). Previous experience in quality management of one or more plants at a national level is mandatory. Fluency in English is mandatory, other European languages ??such as Spanish, French and/or Portuguese are a strong plus. Strong analytical and strategic outlook of pharmaceutical sites as well as providing leadership and communication skills.
