Job Description : FP & A HEAD DUBAI Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the organisation Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and regulatory compliance Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts Develop and maintain advanced financial models to simulate various scenarios, enabling strategic planning and risk assessment Build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team, fostering professional growth and culture Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field with relevant qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA etc) Must have experience in the Big 4 and Utilities, Oil & Gas or the heavy industry Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of senior leadership roles Expertise in financial modelling and proficiency with financial software and tools Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
