Treasury Head

Job Description : TREASURY HEAD DUBAI Create and execute financial plans that are in harmony with the company's objectives and goals and keep an eye on the trends in the market, changes in regulation and industry standards to make the right financial decisions Oversee the company's cash flow, ensuring optimal cash utilisation, forecasting cash needs, and maintaining adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and strategic investments Implement and manage risk management strategies Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and ensure the company's treasury practices remain compliant with all applicable laws and regulations Build and lead a high-performing treasury team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to senior management and board members Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred Experience with the Big 4 and relevant industry (Utilities, Oil & Gas or Heavy industry) Proven experience as a Head of Treasury or similar role Strong leadership and team management abilities
