Job Description : GM OPERATIONS BURMA FOR FOOD PROCESSING - Ensure business goals of the food products division are achieved - Achieve targeted growth for the food products division envisaged by the management - Oversee Marketing, Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain, Plant, Engineering, R & D, Finance & HR of the division - Manage people, customers, supply chain, finance and technology for growth of the division - Take day to day decisions on running of the division - Ensure departments are aligned and achieving targets as per plan - Report to the Board on division performance - Accountability for driving topline and bottomline of the division Preferred candidate profile - Engineer / MBA from similar background - 18 to 22 years of experience commercial and management domain
