Job Description : Head of Department – Printing Location: Nigeria Experience: Minimum 20 years in printing and pre-printing Qualification: B.Tech (Textile/Textile Chemistry), B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry), or B.Sc D.T.C. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire printing production process to achieve budgeted targets. Monitor production processes from raw material input to finished folding. Develop production planning and arrange necessary resources. Organize color kitchen operations and implement precise color/shade matching standards. Ensure error-free printing on Stork RD IV and Harish printing machines. Develop cost-effective production recipes to reduce production costs. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in printing and pre-printing. Educational background in B.Tech (Textile/Textile Chemistry), B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry), or B.Sc D.T.C. Strong leadership and management skills. Expertise in textile printing processes and color management. Proven track record of achieving production targets. Ability to optimize production processes for cost efficiency. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
