Job Description : CFO DUBAI 20-25 years experience a leading international company to recruit a Chief Financial Officer based in Dubai. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, driving growth, and ensuring the long-term financial health of the company. As a key member of the leadership team, the CFO will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the other business and functional leaders to achieve the companies strategic objectives. Financial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy aligned with the company's long-term goals and vision. Provide strategic financial leadership and recommendations to the CEO and Board of Directors. Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making across the organization. Capital Management: Manage the company's capital structure, including debt, equity, and working capital. Optimize capital allocation to support growth initiatives and maximize shareholder value. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks. Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the company's assets and financial stability. Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting and compliance with local and international accounting standards. Ensure the accuracy and transparency of financial statements. Treasury and Cash Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity effectively. Optimize banking relationships and investments to maximize returns while minimizing risks. Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate and execute strategic mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Conduct due diligence, negotiate deals, and integrate acquired companies seamlessly. Financial Governance: Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance executive in a global company. Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial markets and trends. Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and international finance. CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
