Job Description : FINANCE DIRECTOR DUBAI 15-20 years experience a leading diversified business group operating in the UAE, with a strong presence in the retail sector. looking for a Finance Director to oversee all financial aspects of the retail operations for one of their subsidiaries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy, managing financial resources, and providing strategic financial guidance to the senior leadership team. The Finance Director will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, drive financial efficiency, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company. Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making. Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize working capital and liquidity. Tax and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial and tax regulations in the UAE. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. Financial Controls: Establish and maintain robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive financial growth and efficiency.
