Job Description : Plant Manager (injection molding)-Southern USA Open to overseas candidates Top notch company with over a billion dollars in sales has an excellent opportunity available for a Plant Manager. This position will manage a plant with over 400 employees. Requirements: BS Degree in Engineering is preferred with experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, ISO or Six Sigma. Hands on experience in plastic injection molding is a must. 20+ years experience in which 5 or more years of experience managing a $50 million+ P&L. Understanding of plastic processing, tooling and molding processes. Experience in financial & operational performance data is required.
