Job Description : GM ZAMBIA FOR FMCG 1)Manages day-to-day operations, including human resources, client and public relations, facilities, and support services 2) Design and implement business plans to promote the attainment of goals. Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews 3) Improve operational management systems and processes. 4) Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities. 5)Monitoring and controlling expenses and Prepare regular reports for upper management 6) Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance 7) Being actively involved in inventory planning and controlling 8) Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and review of contracts related to purchasing materials, supplies, products, or services. 9) Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements. Desired Candidate Profile 15 - 20 YEARS EXPERIENCE
