Job Description : ACCOUNTANT JAMICA 8+ years experience Upto USD 1500 PM Salary paid quarterly · Should be Experienced in Import / Export Documentation and should have · Full Knowledge of Retail Business Accounting and Handling of of Retail Financial Administration Job Highlights · Full Set of Accounts for Internal Review and Submission to External Auditors · Knowledge of Quickbooks Accounting Software, SAP, ERP, TALLY, ORACLE · Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation · Prepare Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reports to show the standing of the company (Debit / Credit) · Vendor Reconciliation · Store Sales Reconciliation · Cash Reconciliation · Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements of Group Companies · Preparation of Pipeline Report on Daily Basis · Monitor accounts payables and accounts receivables across various Vendors and Customers · PO Base Invoice and Non PO Base Invoice Booking (Debit Note Credit Note) · Branch Accounts Reconciliation for Inter Company Transactions · Calculation of Exchange Gain or Loss on Foreign Transactions · Maintaining Inventory Records, Tracking the Inward and Outward movement of the Inventory · Calculation and adjustment of Inventory variations arising at the time of Inventory counting · Assisting the External Auditors of the Company at time of Finalization of Financial Statements at the End of Financial Year · Prepare and Record all Deposits and Payments in Companys Computer system · Monthly Closing and Preparation of Monthly Financial Statement · Manage Bank Entries on Daily Basis · Apply for Invoice Financing, Trust Receipt and Bills Discounting from Overseas Bank · Preparation of Staff Salaries Accounts, Statutory Payment accounts and GCT (General Consumption Tax Returns) Job Plus · Managing own work within the Project Team · Able to Work Independently with little or no supervision · Effective problem solving and Good interpersonal skills, excellent relationship building ability · Able to work under pressure · Team Spirit a must · Proactive, Detail minded and Responsible · Experience in the field of Finance minimum 5 -7 years · Overseas Experience a plus · Past Work Experience in Jamaica (West Indies) would be Advantage Plus Company We are a Company indulged in Imports & Whole sale of Souvenirs, Electronics, Toys and having Retail Stores for Souvenirs Terms & Conditions 3 Year Employment Contract Visa and Air Ticket to be provided by Company Accommodation and Food to be provided by Company
