Job Description : CFO INDIA – for an 800 cr engineering group – well on the path to 1200+ cr in 3 years HQ Mumbai – plants across west and south India + Europe / US i. 43 – 48 yrs ii. CA / MBA iii. Experience: a) HANDS-ON LEADERSHIP OF A FULL SAP IMPLEMENTATION – multi-unit/manufacturing b) 20-25 yrs exp – average tenure 4 + yrs c) Controllership – closure of books of multiple legal entities including a listed co/group level consolidation/stakeholder management / working capital management./ secretarial. d) Assist in strategy planning and focused execution including M&A / J V / Alliances iv.
