Operations Head

Job Description : HEAD OF TELECOM OPERATIONS DUBAI Education Required: Master or Bachelor in Telecom, Electronics. PMP certification would be mandatory. PGMP. PMI, PPA, RMP certifications would be mandatory. Experience in management, operations, and leadership. 15 years of overall experience with 5 Years Program Management Experience in Managing Operation Management / Projects Management in the Telecommunication Industry (Fixed Network, Mobile Network). Have a full Project Management Experience. i.e. Planning, Implementation, Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. Organizing and managing the project team to deliver agreed objectives. Strong communicator with good organization and analytical skills. Close attention to detail, problem solver, passionate, driven, self-starter. Responsible to define, monitor, and timely reporting of reports on different types of project Rollout KPI. Ensure project execution within the defined budget and timelines. Provide all projects progress status, delays, and issues to management in a timely manner Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve organizational goals.
