Job Description : GREENFIELD PROJECT MANAGER FRANCE Candidate must be eligible to work in the EU materials industry as a Greenfield Project Manager M/F for the construction of a new factory. You will manage a major industrial project requiring autonomy and versatility to ensure complete management of the project during the execution phase. This position is based in Strasbourg. Our client, leader in its market, is supporting its strong growth with the construction of a new production plant. He is looking for his Greenfield project manager M/F fully in charge of the construction of the plant from execution to commissioning. As a Greenfield M/F project manager, you will have the means and autonomy to effectively deploy the project. You will be responsible for: • Deploy the execution phase of the project, both with regard to the construction of the production lines (6 lots on the factory) and the project management of the building • Effectively coordinate the actions of external and internal stakeholders (subcontractors, engineering, administrative authorizations, etc.) • Manage, coordinate and pilot the industrial project in all its aspects, including costs, compliance with deadlines, performance, risk analysis, etc. • Ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget • Provide reporting to the Management Committee on the progress of the project • Ensure effective communication at all phases of the project, maintaining transparency and constant cohesion • Actively participate in the construction of the company's industrial strategic plan by contributing with your expertise You have a mechanical and/or process engineering degree or equivalent, as well as at least 10 years of experience in project management. Your expertise in mechanics and/or industrial processes and your ability to manage projects, develop strategies, and manage budgets will be keys to success for this position.
