Job Description : Financial Controller/Financial Analyst We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller/Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations , financial modeling, investment opportunities analysis,raising fund and understanding banking requirements. Responsibilities: - Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making processes. - Collaborate with banks and auditors to understand and meet their requirements for raising funds. - Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies accordingly. - Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. - Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Financial Analyst,has experience /working with banking and auditing environment. - Strong understanding of bank requirements for raising funds. - Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. - Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. - Advanced skills in financial software and MS Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
