Job Description : FINANCE HEAD VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) The Head of Finance oversees all financial operations, including strategic planning, goal setting, budgeting, and reporting to top stakeholders. Lead ongoing and annual financial planning and performance assessment Provide short-term and long-term growth recommendations Manage cash, investments, budgets, and financial reporting Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams Analyse economic trends and internal operations for cost reduction Foster relationships with senior management and external partners Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance Oversee budgeting, financial planning, accounting, and auditing Ensure legal and regulatory compliance Collaborate on investment and corporate development strategy Supervise finance and business performance for portfolio companies Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics 10+ years of finance experience, including five years in leadership Experience in M&A/fundraising is a must Proven leadership skills with excellent analytical abilities Strong adaptability and open-mindedness This organisation is an industry leader in the technology field.
