Head of Commercial Excellence

Job Description : HEAD OF COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) Head of Commercial Excellence is a strategic leadership role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the Commercial Excellence department. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is accountable for driving commercial performance through SFE, Sales Capability Manager, Sales Excellence Manager, CRM manager. Develop and implement Sales Force Effectiveness strategies and initiatives to optimise the performance of the sales team Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales productivity, territory management, and customer segmentation Identify opportunities for improvement and drive changes to enhance sales force effectiveness Collaborate with Sales Capability Manager to design and execute training programs that enhance the skills and competencies of the sales team Ensure continuous learning and development opportunities to empower the sales force with the latest industry knowledge and sales techniques Oversee Sales Excellence Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies, pricing strategies, and promotional plans Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maximise market share Work closely with CRM Manager to build, maintain and optimise customer relationship management systems Utilise CRM data and analytics to provide actionable insights for improving customer engagement and sales performance Manage and streamline sales operations, including sales forecasting, territory planning, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective sales processes and systems Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, including Sales Capability Manager, Sales Excellence Manager, and CRM Manager Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Commercial Excellence department Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial operations, sales management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical/retail industry Proven track record of driving sales force effectiveness and revenue growth Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent leadership and team management abilities Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards
